This week I received a follow up email from an exhibitor. Now here is the good news:
- a follow up email was sent
- pricing with my company name was included
- they let me know it was a woman owned business
Bad News – I am not a prospect!!!
This generic email left me with the impression - you do not know me.
Now is that what you want to convey to the people you met in your booth at the last trade show? I would hope not.
Let me say this one more time – segment your leads and have a unique message for each category.
