Today is my birthday and I ponder where the last year has gone. I do not feel older – for sure.
Social media is great in that it reminds folks of people birthdays. I am a part of Plaxo so I get reminders of upcoming birthdays and I try to remember their birthdays by sending them my greetings.
So this morning, thus far, I have had e-greetings via Facebook, Twitter and e-cards. It is a wonderful start to the day!!!! And I thank you. The mail will come later in the day and I have a couple of friends who always send the old fashion Hallmark cards. I wish I could be more disciplined to the same for them.
The phone calls are starting to come. One from a long time friend [almost 30 years] and I commented that he always remembered. Well he confessed that technology aided him to remember and how he could not live with out it.
