New Tool – Never Write the Same Email Twice

by Joyce McKee on February 15, 2012

Yesterday, I receive an email from Ian Framson, Trade Show Internet regarding a new productivity tool.  His email contained this:

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Beta launch of GmailPop — a new productivity tool for Gmail and Google Apps that allows you to create, save, and share frequently used email templates with your entire company. You can organize templates into folders and collaborate with co-workers to create the most effective emails that get results. The next time you receive an email asking for more information about X, you simply “pop” the template for X into the body of your email and hit send. Voila!

If you’d like to save 60 minutes per week and become hyper-efficient at sending email, sign-up to join our Beta group. The first 100 users will receive an invitation to install GmailPop Beta as soon as it’s released. You’ll receive a 30-day free trial — just enough time to determine if you can’t live without GmailPop (and if it’s worth coughing up a few bucks after the free trial).

I am taking advantage of this offer because I want to save time!!  If you are interested check it out here.  I love his tag line: “Never write the same email twice.”  I am all for that type of productivity.
