Hubspot is a great company! I respect them and the content they produce. However, I am getting frustrated with them. You see I attended one of their small business webinar back in December. I wanted to check out what they had to offer and see if it was a match for me, at this time. It was a solid webinar, and I was followed up by one of their folks who answered my questions and help me assess their offering.
However, I am still receiving invitations to attend the same webinar!! Why they cannot remove me from that list baffles me. I have asked TWICE via a phone calls to be removed from that particular list. Obviously that did not happen for today, yet again, I received another invitation.
I replied to the email I received, asking to be taken off this particular list. Here is their automatic response:

The “sorry we are not constantly monitoring this inbox” is too funny. Here is a company which is supposed to help small business like me monitor my marketing and they sure do not monitor theirs! OK – they lead folks to other possible sources in their response. But let me tell you – they NEVER respond to this inbox. I sent an email to this inbox in January with no response.
Perplexing- so what am I to think? Here is a great company, but their actions are telling me I am just a name on a list. Do I want to do business with a company who does not respect me and my requests (take me off that particular small business webinar list)?
My once high opinion of them is becoming tarnished due to lack of response. I may be a lost customer because I was not treated correctly in the prospect stage. Am I the only one who thinks this? Or are they many others who feel the same way?
