Ask and It is Handled – Hubspot is a Highly Responsive

My faith is Hubspot has been fully restored!  Thank you Mike Volpe and Jessica Meher!!

If you missed it yesterday, I was getting irritated by receiving an email invitation (again and again) to one of their small business webinars, which I had participated in months ago.  I wanted to be taken off that particular list, but not opt out entirely.

Yesterday was a holiday for many companies, including Hubspot.  However, I received a Tweet from Mike Volpe, their CMO saying they were working on my issue.  A short while later, I was contacted by Jessica and she share that my request was fulfilled.  All of this on a holiday!!

So I am not just a name on a list no one cares about, but a valued person in the eyes of Hubspot.  It makes me ponder – if they would go to this much effort for a mere prospect, what would they do for me when I am a customer?

There actions speak volumes to me and this is a company I will do business with in the future.  I would recommend that you consider them too.  YEA!! Hubspot!!

Will wonders never cease? Life would indeed be sweet if banks, governments, telcos, repairmen, software companies and airlines took a page from Hubspot.
