Bartizan is one of my clients. In previous blog posts you have heard me talk about online focus groups and how I had conducted 6 of them earlier this year. Well, they were for Bartizan.
We had excellent groups and the insights provided from the participants have given Bartizan a different approach to some product enhancements. Bartizan chose to listen to attendees, exhibitors and show organizers in an effort to be well informed on the requirements of their constituents.
I wish more companies would truly “listen” to their audiences and then incorporate that knowledge into products and services. I appreciate Bartizan’s President & CEO Lew Hoff - for taking the time, money and effort to conduct this assessment.
Joanna Stasuk their Marketing Director has taken some of the qualitative information and created 3 White Papers. You should go to their site and download them and read the information. You can access the White Papers here.
The titles of these papers are:
- Trade Show Organizer Survival Guide
- Trade Show Exhibitor Survival Guide
- Attendees: Staying Connected After the Show
There are other White Papers on their site which might interest you.
So what are you doing to listen in on the conversations of your customers and prospects? You might be surprised at the direction those conversations could take you.
