The next best thing to being at CES… watch this video!
By Joyce McKee | January 10, 2008
The landscape of trade shows has changed dramatically over the last couple of years due to the use of video and how easily it can appear on websites.
Of course, the video from CES has been continuous. Whatever your favorite media, it is there – TV, cable, online newspapers, online magazines, blogs, etc.
Print media can only capture so much. I had seen the blog about the Keynote speech, the last one for Bill Gates. The writer was describing the skit that opened the speech. He was a good writer, but is so funny to actually see it.
YouTube has been one of the driving forces of change in video. Here is CES and the pages of clips from the show go on and on.
I was able to watch the skit and laugh my way through it, along with over 200,000 other folks.
Now my questioning mind asks – what do the exhibiting companies think of the tool for getting the word out about their products?
Stayed tuned!
We will have reports about the results in the coming days…
